Appointment Scheduling
Timeless Serenity Massage LLC massage therapy is scheduled by appointment only. Contact me anytime to discuss your needs and reserve your spot using Visa, Master Card or any major credit card as well as debit card.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify the office, by phone, at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
Late Policy
If you arrive late for your appointment, Timeless Serenity Massage LLC will provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, I am unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
Insurance
I do not deal with insurance at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
First Appointments
Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to provide health information and consult with me regarding your condition. Contact my office for more information.
Illness and Health Concerns
Kindly let me know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to treatment. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, I respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and myself.
